All services at The Olive Shoot are delivered primarily via teletherapy, with optional monthly face-to-face visits for clients within a 20km radius when needed.

👥 Direct Teletherapy
Sessions are delivered online with the child or adolescent and/or their carers/families. This approach allows participants to access high-quality occupational therapy support without the need for long travel or extended waitlists, delivering therapy directly into the environments where daily life happens.

💻 Indirect Support & Collaboration
We provide additional guidance and coordination to maximise outcomes:

• Parent or educator coaching: Practical strategies and support delivered via video call, phone, or email to build confidence and consistency across environments.
• Collaboration with professionals: Working with speech pathologists, psychologists, paediatricians, and other team members to ensure a holistic approach.
• Resources & home programs: Customised visual aids, activity guides, and strategies to reinforce therapy goals in daily life.
• NDIS support: Preparation of reports, therapy plans, letters of support, and attendance at meetings when needed.
